Google is teaming up with a range of help-wanted and employer-rating services, including Monster, WayUp, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Glassdoor, Facebook and DirectEmployers in efforts to improve the search engine and help people in regards to employment. Job hunters will be able to go to Google and see listings collected from these companies, plus many more, in one easy and simple to use place. The aim is for these results to be streamlined, by eliminating duplicate jobs posted on different websites.

In addition to this Google plans to show employer ratings from current and former workers, as well as typical commute times to job locations and more, enabling all to discover plenty of information regarding the jobs and people at hand – and thus ensuring that the most appropriate and suitable decisions are made. This is a huge change for Google, and something in which is thought to going to be great news for all.
